Barley is considered one of the oldest cereals in Europe. He laughed in the Stone Age, cultivated in ancient Egypt, Mesopotamia and the field of European houses on stilts. The Sumerians under normal use in the kitchen, the grain used as a measure of the money, and Vedic texts mention barley and rice as two immortal celestial son. In Babylon from it rules porridge and beer, and Antiquity is roasted barley was an important foodstuff. Healthy and cheap substitute for coffee, and barley malt is an excellent substitute for sugar.

This cereal purifies the body of toxins, has diuretic properties, stimulates production of milk, strengthens bones, restores the body and cleanses the blood vessels.
