Ex nihilo is a Latin phrase meaning "out of nothing". It often appears in conjunction with the concept of creation, as in creatio ex nihilo, meaning "creation out of nothing"

("creation out of nothing"), contrasts with creatio ex materia (creation out of some pre-existent, eternal matter) and with creatio ex deo (creation out of the being of God).

Creator is something or someone that brings something into being

Creative works have in common a degree of arbitrariness, such that it is improbable that two people would independently create the same work. At its base creative work involves two main steps--having an idea, and then turning that idea into a reality. The term is frequently used in the context of copyright.
